In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the
protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement
of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
The data controller is Food Solutions s.r.o., registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava under
file number C 77720/KOS, represented by the managing directors Pavel Hermann and Jaromír Stopka,
with its registered office at 8. pěšího pluku 2380, 738 01 Frýdek-Místek.
These conditions contain information about the processing of personal data provided to the company by the customer during the order (contract conclusion) and by the website visitor in communication with the company. They do not apply to the processing of personal data based on consent.
1. As the data controller of your personal data (contact details above), we are responsible
for their protection and commit to processing them with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
If provided to us as part of an order for goods or services, we will process them under the following conditions:
2. The purpose, legal basis, and duration of the processing of your personal data are as follows:
a. Purpose: processing the order and subsequent contractual or statutory obligations, handling complaints,
and other actions related to contractual obligations; Legal basis: performance of the contract
(pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); Duration: 2 years, or until the end of the warranty period if it exceeds two years.
b. Purpose: archiving accounting documents based on obligations arising from accounting laws; Legal basis:
compliance with legal obligations (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR); Duration: determined by the relevant legal regulation.
c. Purpose: direct marketing - offering goods and services, notifying discount events, sales, sending information
about offered products, especially through commercial communications via email; Legal basis: legitimate interest
(pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); Duration: 3 years.
d. Purpose: ensuring IT and network security, Legal basis: legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
Duration: 3 years.
e. Purpose: potential enforcement of legal claims from the concluded contract or related legal disputes;
Legal basis: legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); Duration: 3 years.
3. You are not obliged to provide us with personal data, but it is a condition for fulfilling the order
(contract conclusion) - processing will be carried out for contractual reasons.
4. In the course of processing personal data, we may share your personal data with the following processors and
recipients:
a. Software providers – to facilitate operations for contact management and invoicing, or other office applications,
b. Accounting office – for maintaining accounting records and related archiving of tax documents,
c. Tax advisor, auditor, law firm – for consultancy purposes,
d. Collection agencies – for the purpose of collecting or enforcing the company’s claims,
e. Payment gateway providers and banks for processing your order,
f. Transport companies for ensuring the delivery of goods you ordered,
g. Government authorities in cases required by legal regulations,
h. Other persons as needed.
5. All according to current needs and to the extent necessary for the organizational and technical security of
the proper operation of the warehouse.

performance of the contract - negotiation of an order (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate
interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the case of inquiries not related to the visitor's interest
in concluding an order; Duration: 1 year from the resolution of the inquiry or suggestion,
b. Purpose: sending information to inquirers about goods or services - offering goods and services,
notifying discount events, sales, sending information about offered products, mainly in the form of commercial
communications via email; Legal basis: legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); Duration: 1 year.
c. Purpose: physical, IT, and network security; Legal basis: legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
Duration: 1 year.
3. We involve the following processors in the processing of your personal data:
a. Software providers - to facilitate operations for contact management and invoicing, or other office applications.

5. If you order goods or services based on correspondence with us, your data will be processed under the conditions stated
in the previous article I.
While we process your personal data, you have the right to:
- Request information from the company about which of your personal data is being processed,
- Request an explanation from the company regarding the processing of your personal data,
- Request access to your personal data and have them updated or corrected,
- Request the company to delete your personal data or restrict its processing,
- Transfer your personal data to another data controller,
- Object to the processing of your personal data on the grounds of the company's legitimate interest
(see Article I,
paragraph 2, points c, d, and e, and Article II, paragraph 2, points a and b),
- Unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications in accordance with § 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.,
on certain information society services.
